I write this letter to propose a new Italian AR celebration for Ola Elementary’s fourth graders. This party will be more fun than the AR celebrations we have had in the past. introduction

Having a fun theme will encourage the 150 fourth graders to meet their AR goal. An Italian theme is unique and the students will enjoy the food, decorations, and music. objectives

I propose we buy Little Caesar’s Pizza for the party I propose we buy Little Caesar’s Pizza for the party. We will buy plates from Dollar General. We will also write donation letters to our Partner in Education, Chick-Fil-A, for cinnamon clusters, tea, and lemonade. We will use a free template online to print paper mustaches and flowers. We will also burn a CD of Italian music to play during the celebration. The party will be for 150 fourth graders and will be held in the school cafeteria. Plan of action

We plan to cut the pizzas one more time to make each large have 16 slices. We will need 9 pizzas totaling $45.00 to feed 150 students. We will purchase Smart and Simple Plates for $4.00 at Dollar General. There are 180 plates in one pack. The drinks and cups will be donated from Chick-Fil-A, along with our dessert Cinnamon Clusters. The total cost of this AR party is $49.00. cost
