LITERACY PROGRAMMES Less than 10 years of schooling, poor literacy skills Participant’s life context Free of charge for participants (funded by Ministry for education and sport) 2 teachers, up to 15 participants Project work Adult education organisations

CONDITIONS FOR SUCCESSFULY FINISHING THE TRAINING At least 80% attendance Active participation throughout the training Appearance before the whole group Prepare a realisation scheme for the programme

AFTER THE TRAINING Counselling Meeting with and visiting teachers at their workplaces - realisation of the programmes Professional development Evaluation initial training, exchange of good practice Feedback on teacher’s reports Additional work
