Space SPCS-1: SPCS-4: Include GPS fields Make the GPS fields required for after the reporting year 2011. SPCS-4: Add long building name. Display this long name on SPCSR1-3 and SPOPS-1. Lift the restriction for Effective Building Year not to be mandatory . Allow minimum value of Effective Building Year to be 1700 and not 1900.

Space SPOPS-1: SPOPS-1 / STG6MN-2 display the Campus code and Description linked to the Building SPOPS-1 / STG6MN-2 Warning if Space-Use Category falls within range that requires stations (as specified by the DHET) Warning if building not linked to Asset with a Condition Code, Recognition Date Warning if building has no Effective Building Year SPSCU-3 / SPOPS-5: Produce a CSV report with extra columns Validation for Statistical Reporting (SPSCU-3, SPOPS-5 and STG6MN-4) Refine the validations for Buildings against Assets. Space HEMIS-7: Condition codes: Provide a choice to allow space data to be written to HEMIS even when errors are encountered. Add GPS coordinates to the CAMPUS file extract for after reporting year 2011. Condition codes: SOD ‘AC’ and Subsystem ‘GC’. When Yes, the External Condition codes on GOPS-21 are used Synchronise ACS-4 and GOPS-21 HEMIS-7: Use condition code from GOPS-21 or ACS-4 depending on the SOD SPCOPY-4: Produce a report at the end of SPCOPY4 where data exist in SPOPS-1 for personnel that do not have Offices in PAA table for the reporting year.
