Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2016 Justice Assistance’s mission is to stimulate excellence in the administration of justice through being an effective service provider, which generates and maintains innovative programs. Justice Assistance’s philosophy is that an independent, private organization can devote the time, the resources and the flexibility to develop fresh approaches for the administration of justice. The efforts, initially financed by the private sector, frequently attract government contracts once the effort proves to be effective. In short, the private sector is the strength behind change within the justice system. This presentation provides an overview of our program and financial performance. All information has been made public.
