The Anti-cancer Association of Henan Province is acting on World Cancer Day ------WE CAN,I CAN 2017-2-4

On February 4th ,World Cancer Day, UICC advocate new methods to promote inter organizational cooperation, accelerate the research on cancer prevention and treatment, call on the whole society to gradually establish a system about cancer prevention and control every year. This year, the theme of World Cancer Day is "we can, I can fight cancer (WE CAN, I CAN)". Through the global campaign, we can help the public to eliminate cancer cognitive errors, to guide the public to develop a healthy life style, to improve the level of early diagnosis of cancer, to reduce the incidence of cancer, and call for the whole society to establish perfect social psychological support system to strengthen the rehabilitation guidance, psychological care. At the same time, this activity can help patients find their social roles and improve the quality of life.

The anti-cancer association of Henan Province is not only an academic group, but also a member of UICC. The association has the responsibility and obligation to help patients gain the knowledge about cancer prevention and treatment with the society in this year's World Cancer Day. As a positive response to the UICC, the anti-cancer association of Henan Province organizes a number of activities with many medical institutions from different levels and groups. On February 4th, the anti-cancer association of Henan province, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan Cancer Hospital and Henan Province People's Hospital, Zhengzhou Cancer Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science & Technology , and Anyang Cancer Hospital carry out anti-cancer propaganda and cancer rehabilitation lectures in various forms.

The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University: ------A large clinic consultation A large clinic consultation was carried out at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University on February 4th "World Cancer Day", to provide the best prevention and treatment for the residents and patients. At the event, Mingzhi Zhang, Qingxia Fan, Liuxing Wang, Yanru Qin and other clinical oncologists from the Department of Oncology come to the consultant site.
