Objective: Learn to Display and Analyze Stem-and-leaf diagrams.
A Stem and Leaf Diagram shows how often numbers occur (repeat) and how they are distributed. A stem and Leaf shows data horizontally. The numbers are split into a stem and a leaf. A number of 1-digit has a stem of 0, and the number is placed in the leaf. For a number of 2-digits, the tens digit is the stem and the ones digit is the leaf. For a 3-digit number, the first two digits make up the stem, and the third digit (ones place) makes up the leaf.

Step 2 Draw a vertical line and a horizontal line, forming a t. Step 3 Write the tens digits from least to greatest to the left of the line. Write the ones digits in order to the right of the line with the corresponding stem.
