What are some of Rome’s accomplishments?

“The Glory of Rome is Not Forgotten The purpose of this activity is to explore some of the lasting achievements that influence the lives of people all over the world today. You will be either writing a eulogy or making a monument in honor of all that the ancient Roman Empire has accomplished.

Eulogy What is a Eulogy? A Eulogy is a speech or essay that praises a person. Many times, a eulogy is given at a person’s funeral and talks about all of the fabulous things they did when they were alive.

Eulogy After you have had a chance to visit the ten stations around the classroom describing Rome’s achievements you must write a three paragraph eulogy discussing at least 3 Roman achievements and the ways in which these accomplishments influences the world today. The eulogy must include the title “The Glory of Rome is Not Forgotten”.

Monument After you had a chance to visit the ten stations around the classroom describing Rome’s achievements you must choose three Roman accomplishments and draw a detailed picture of each accomplishment and how it influences the world today. The pictures must be neat and in color. Your monument must include the title “The Glory of Rome is Not Forgotten”
