Our squad structure Competitive squads – performance and age criteria Junior – 7.5 hours a week B – 12 hours a week B+ - 16 hours a week A – 16.5 hours a week We offer a full range of squads, from learn to swim to masters, to encourage a life-long love of swimming. We have competitive and non-competitive pathways, and also provide for disability swimming Learn to swim from Level xx to xx. LTS - 1 * 30 min a week Otters 2* 30 mins a week Dolphins – 1. 5 hours a week (1 &0.5) Marlins - 2* 1 hour a week Pre-squad – 4.5 hours a week Junior Performance B Performance B+ Performance A LTS Otters Dolphins Marlins Pre-Squad Masters Tiger Sharks Development Blue Club Squad Top Club Development Yellow Disability swimming. Wide range of abilities plus integrated into competitive swimming squads Non-competitive squads with training ethos. Able to re-join competitive squads Blue – 2 * 1 hour a week Club – 2*1.5 hrs and 1*1 hour a week Top Club - 9 hours a week Social swimming & Water Skills. 2* 1 hour per week Catering for full range of abilities , from technique to competitive .
