Terms to Know Before you begin, make sure you are familiar with the following terms: Confederation Federation Articles of Confederation Shay’s Rebellion Treaty of Paris, 1783 Northwest Ordinance ’84,’85’,87 NOTE: the right of deposit – means to allow to use as a port deposit your goods and make trade.

Strengths & Weaknesses T- Chart On the next slide you will see a list of facts about the government under the Articles of Confederation. Use the list to make a T-Chart on the strengths and weakness of the Articles of Confederation government. When finished, write a paragraph stating weather or not you think this goverment was a good government to lead the United States. Be sure to explain why or why not.
