About FBLA-ML FBLA-ML is a division of FBLA-PBL created for junior high and middle school students There are more than 14,000 members Stands for Education Service Leadership

Mission and Pledge FBLA-PBL Mission Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. FBLA-PBL Pledge I solemnly promise to uphold the aims and responsibilities of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda and, as an active member, I shall strive to develop the qualities necessary in becoming a responsible business leader

So What Can I do in FBLA-ML Participate in Community Services Participate in Career Fairs Attend the High School Induction Ceremony Participate in FBLA sponsored events

What are my obligations? Membership Fees: Due at a designated date provided by the sponsors, BEFORE annual Induction Ceremony. Amount: First year member’s Fees: $30.00 National, State and Chapter Dues Chapter Shirts (Mandatory) Induction Ceremony Second year member’s fee: $20.00 Chapter Shirt (Mandatory) Membership Fees will not be returned under any circumstance once a receipt as been written. Membership dues will NOT be accepted until further notice has been given. You MUST become a member of at least one group. Only old members can be a member on the Induction Ceremony Committee.

What are my obligations? Returned By-Laws Agreement Form, Contact Card, Medical Form, Faculty Approval Form. Student REQUIRED to attend the Annual Induction Ceremony. Must participate and/or attend ½ of all community service preformed by the chapter. Maintain a “C’ (70 or better) Average every nine weeks. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to give a copy of report cards to advisors. Due one week after report card issue date.

Community Service Take advantage of the abundant service learning opportunities available through FBLA-PBL. Service learning helps your members: • Learn about real-world issues, concerns, and needs. • Matches members' strengths with community needs. • Provides practical experience in planning and organizing. • Develops leadership skills. • Builds recognition and goodwill for the chapter. • Teaches satisfaction of a job well done.
