2016 SPILL EVENTS Marine Corp helicopter crash Pearl Harbor tour helicopter crash Keehi Lagoon seaplane landing ASIG Tank 2 status update Navy Red Hill status

Marine Corp night training accident 2 Super Stallion collide in flight 1 mile off shore All 12 onboard perished 4000 gallons of fuel released Unified Command established

Private tour helicopter crashed in Pearl Harbor mechanical failure experienced, pilot initiated auto rotation 4 injured, 1 fatality, < 96 gallons of fuel released

Emergency water landing of private airplane Landing gear failed to deploy Pilot not injured < 93 gallons of fuel released

ASIG Tank 2 release update Installed recovery wells through Tank 2 floor (March) Installed 200 yds of HD liner (April) Total recovered so far: 34,644 gallons

Red Hill underground tank farm update Signed an enforceable agreement between State, EPA, Navy, & DLA to address fuel releases and infrastructure improvements Adding 4 new monitoring wells to compliment the existing 10 wells 6 in-depth studies of tank upgrades planned
