Students earn tickets to spend at the Tribal store each Friday.

Tribal Passes Tribal Passes are given to all classes caught doing the right things. Teach-Tos A group of PBS members were trained on a program called Teach-Tos. This was implemented at the beginning of the school year with all staff and students participating. VBE has a collection of Teach-Tos to model. By doing this students know what behaviors are expected and know that making the right choices are rewarded. All areas of VBE have a Refocus Desk. Students are sent there so they can chose to change their own behavior.
