Students earn tickets to spend at the Tribal store each Friday.

Tribal Passes Tribal Passes are given to all classes caught doing the right things. Teach-Tos A group of PBS members were trained on a program called Teach-Tos. This was implemented at the beginning of the school year with all staff and students participating. VBE has a collection of Teach-Tos to model. By doing this students know what behaviors are expected and know that making the right choices are rewarded. This also ensures that all students, teachers and staff are on the same page. No surprises. VBE has a collection of Teach-Tos to model. All areas of VBE have a Refocus Desk. Students are sent there so they can chose to change their own behavior.
