We’ll start at the visitor’s center. Click the image below and click and drag the mouse to look around.

The Grand Canyon is located in northern Arizona. The Colorado river runs through the canyon.

The Grand Canyon is one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World.

The Canyon is 277 miles long and averages 10 miles in width.

At the North rim, the Grand Canyon is over 1 mile deep.

Hiking to the bottom of the canyon takes at least one full day. You can also ride A mule to the bottom!

Whether you brave a trip to the bottom, or just gaze from the rim, I think you’ll agree that the Grand Canyon is one of the most awesome places in the world!
