The Certification Criteria For BB level: Be certified GB by VNA. Complete all 4 PKE trainings with EFESO or the 3days internal GB to BB + the one week BB training with Process Insight using JMP. Complete two projects covering all DMAIC phases or PKE routes (typically within 12 months of completing a training course) Complete project story boards in an agreed format Demonstrate competency in the following areas. The Certification Process On satisfactory completion of the exam candidates will present their project report (one to two hours). The assessor will gauge their understanding of the tools and methodology assessing against the body of knowledge and assessment criteria matrix. Either approval will be given or candidates will be given additional work to be completed.
