Many believe that for a person to be loyal it is necessary to believe that your feelings are real and true. So if a person is loyal she is faithful? Fidelity has something to do with loyalty? Couples today are increasingly desiring such fidelity, however fidelity comes from a moral duty, an obligation, a commitment, almost a contract. In the other hand, loyalty is much more than that, it is related to values, sincerity, emotional bond. In short, while the loyal person does not betray by emotional values, the faithful does not betray for moral values. The loyal person is a subject more focused on the emotional maturity, while the faithful just want to comply with the rules and customs, the accuracy of his promises, a situation which does not relte to the loyal one because its principles go beyond the rules. Loyalty is built on the trust of interpersonal relationships. Perhaps what many expect of a relationship either marital, fraternal or even a friendship, it's the combination of these two precepts, loyalty and fidelity, but first it's always good to ask yourself some things. Are you loyal and faithful to yourself? Alongside with loyalty are dreams and hopes. Every relationship starts from the creation of an emotional bond, it's this "game of emotions" that permeates any relationship. When the person can be loyal to their truths and true to their convictions, you have the opportunity to also to convey this feeling to the other. " This text above is from the psychologist Jacqueline Meireles, it gives us a real idea of the difference between fidelity and loyalty, which are sometimes confused in our daily working relationship. In fact this text can refer us to analyze various horizons. Sometimes we get ourselves "under personal jury", analyzing and reflecting on our deeds and actions. If we imagine ourselves as parts of a chessboard, we are mere manipulatives pawns or may we have some thought (free will)? Let us imagine that we are chess pieces and the player to manipulate us (moving the parts) is Life. On the board, as in life, there is a hierarchy, there is the pawn, the king, the queen. In life, there are the servants (workers in general without leading position or command) and those who order and "are protected," the threats of the "cruel" world (by the "pawns"). In the case of the pawns, is it possible for them to have their own life, or must they be "loyal and/or faithful" to the protectionist moves that will ensure the safety of the king and queen (which we have as entrepreneurs). However, we must not forget that in order to have this stream of actions, there must be someone willing to invest and thus create this "vicious cycle" of the job relations. In order to existe this relationship we must have 2 sides (servants/workers and served/enterpreneurs) and this has always been the natural law of things. When something in this chain is broken, we automatically say we have been betrayed. And betrayal is so complex that we will not address this now in our review. The most important is to find the right balance to propel ourselves to the ideal formula for checkmate, ie to the success. The key is to develop a relationship where there is not only loyalty but also fidelity, mainly because confidence once is lost will hardly be retained.
