Training Requirements Each provider ID must have at least one person go through training, in order to receive your login credentials to the Sandata EVV system Agencies can bring a maximum of two people per Provider ID to go through training. Each person chooses their own training method. Example: One person registers for instructor-led classroom training, and the other person registers for instructor-led webinar training. There is no limit on the number of people who can go through self-paced training
Training Plan For agency providers: Train-the-Trainer approach Selected staff will attend Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) training (Approximately 6 hours of training) Learn administrative tasks in the Santrax EVV site, such as setting up other administrative accounts, data entry, and running reports Learn how Direct Care Workers will perform EVV Take information back to agency staff For non-agency providers: All training provided Will receive all the information you need for performing EVV, running reports, etc. in the training provided by ODM (Approximately 4 hours of training)
