Club Expectations

ROV Club Celebration! Who: All ROV clubs When: Saturday, March 25th 9AM-3PM Where: Northeastern Illinois University 5500 St Louis Ave, Chicago, IL 60625 Why: To celebrate the accomplishments of all ROV teams participating in Shedd’s Underwater Robotics program.

Here’s what we need from you: Club Leader and Students’ shirt sizes Please send the number of t-shirts you will need as well as the sizes to Sabrina: sbainbridge@sheddaquarium.org Your bus invoice You will be ordering your own bus, but we will pick up the check! Student Waivers Every attendee of the club celebration needs to sign a waiver. Watch for an email!

Are you taking a bus to the Club Celebration? Step 1: Fill out bus reimbursement form. Include name, address, school name, phone number. Step 2: Indicate whether you want the gift card mailed to your address or want to pick it up from Shedd after March 1st. Step 2: Step 3: If you indicated that you want to gift card sent to you, please address envelope today *Note: Shedd is not liable for lost gift cards. Step 4: If you indicated that you wanted to pick up the gift card you can after March 1st, 2017. Email Sabrina Bainbridge (sbainbridge@sheddaquarium.org) to set-up a time.

Things to remember: • While we appreciate that some clubs build a plethora of ROVs, each club is only allowed one at the celebration. • In keeping with MATE’s safety inspection protocol, each team must bring a Systems Integration Diagram (SID). • Though we know family members would love to share this experience, we ask that only club members and leaders attend.
