ISLLC STANDARD One of the standards in the institution is that the education leaders and teachers promote the success of every student by collaborating with faculty and community members, responding to diverse community interests and needs, and mobilizing community resources. It assists to: Collect and analyze data and information pertinent to the educational environment. Promote understanding, appreciation, and use of the community’s diverse cultural, social, and intellectual resources. Build and sustain positive relationships with families and caregivers. Build and sustain productive relationships with community partners.

STRENGTHS Good academic performance. Adequate learning facilities are available. Enough and well-trained staff. The graduation rate is good. Subsidized meals are available. It takes international students. Most of the teachers are certified and work on full time basis.

AREAS OF GROWTH It can take more students. More staff can be recruited. More learning facilities can be constructed. Part of the expenditure can be diverted to developmental purposes. Integration of students from all races.

CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF THE DATA The excellent performance is due to the availability of well-trained and qualified staff. Operates on a high budget. Hard work by the students. Stiff competition in classes. Availability of affordable meals encourages school attendance.

VISION AND MISSION STATEMENTS The vision of the schools will be to offer the best academic knowledge to learners and to be a pacesetter to the other schools. The mission of the institutions is to produce qualified students equipped with adequate skills. It also aims at offering affordable education to all races and walks of life.

Embracing the best standards possible through benchmarking with better performers on every academic term. Being known across the country as the best, and our students preferred by the employers/organization as the best in the market. Upholding the spirit of inclusion and diversity in all aspects of the school, by incorporation of students from all the walks of life and ensuring that everyone is included irrespective of disability or background.
