Funding Opportunities from GSA

Special Activities Fund Upto $1000 provided for the benefit of graduate students. Funds are limited to projects that are approved by the senate.

Mark Diamond Research Program $1000 for the MS Thesis and $2000 for the Phd Dissertation Grants made as per the guidelines of the MDRP council.

Graduate Symposia Fund Opportunity for the students to prepare and present research papers. Funds given is $1200 Allocation depends on the approval of the GSA senate.

Scholarly Publications Fund To support academic publications such as journals. Application procedure : Complete the GSA scholarly publication form and submit it to the GSA. Funds allocated :$1200. Deadline JUNE 30 2011

GSA Conference Funding $250 for Masters students, $400 for the Phd Students $150 for attending the conference.

Non Profit Outreach Program Purpose is to promote service and to encourage graduate student involvement in the community Funds provided:$250 5 volunteers must work for a minimum of 25hrs of service(Combined).

Senate Attendance Senate Meetings are very important. Club’s Funding will be frozen by GSA if 2 consecutive senate meetings are missed.
