An new database for Norwegian arctic competence (technology and solutions) is now available Any company may be included, provided technology/solutions can be used for arctic and cold climate regions, min 200 companies expected An online database for companies to describe their arctic and cold climate technology/solutions 9 main headings and 43 topic headings (product focussed) to be covered in the database Arctic competence matrix over deliveries to be included Full version of database is with a web-solution, graphic design and “free word” search available from 1st of June, 2017 (Netpower Web Solutions) Multiconsult has been engaged to help secure formats, profile and quality assurance of captured data in the database. Arctic and Cold Climate Solutions What’s it all about?…. The project is not about research and technology development, It’s about: market opportunities and business development! Specifically, the project will link solutions and technology provided by the industry directly towards specific challenges individual capital development projects have, so that the industry can win contracts and commercialise its technology! Fully financed project by authorities and industry (18 mill), on schedule and budget (2016 – 2018).
