After logging an Employee can see the request of appointments, history and Invite visitor.
To take action on the appointments employee click on Visitors Details.
Employee can either forward , approve, cancel , prepone and postpone the appointment Forward – Have to provide the name of the forwarded employee a SMS is sent to the forwarded employee about the appointment. Approve – Have to provide the meeting time. Cancel – Have to provide the cancel reason. Postpone – Have to provide the postpone reason and date. Prepone - Have to provide the time, reason and prepone date. For each option chosen an email and SMS is sent to the visitor informing about the status.
MHA Clearance tab will become active only after the security section approval.
Employee can also invite a registered visitor using mobile number and email ID and provide the necessary details. After Epass creation an email and a SMS is send to the invitee about the appointment.
