NOCO MFG PARTNERSHIP By working together, we can continue to grow the industry, grow jobs and strengthen our communities. Was formed in 2013 as a result of Governor Hickenlooper’s state Economic Development plan called the Colorado Blue Print Over 200 manufacturing members since our inception in 2013 All-volunteer business led organization FREE membership organization Served by a Board of Directors and two committees: Networks and Rocks! With Talent

Partnership Organization A baseline foundation was created by: Gathering all manufacturers into one room. Determining the pain manufacturers were feeling and find problems that could be solved together. Identifing industry champions to lead specific initiatives. Working together to put a plan in place to conquer the problems. Staying focused and listen to what manufacturers are saying.

ROCKS! WITH TALENT COMMITTEE The Talent committee’s work focuses on the needs, development and engagement of the workforce as it aligns with industry. Committee Meetings: first Tuesday of every month from 3:30-5:00pm. Local Community Colleges – Scholarship Program Events: Student/Company Tours – Fall and Spring Semester Parents All Manufacturing Day – Fall Semester
