The Strategy for Managing Across Cultures Management in Renauit : From this case,we can see that as a MNC,its strategies must address the cultural similarities & differences in varied market.If it didn't understand the culture well,it will be in danger.

Strategic Predispositions (战略倾向) Ethnocentric-----母国中心型 Polycentric-------当地(多国)中心型 Regiocentric-----区域中心型 Geocentric-------全球中心型

Ethnocentric Predispositions---- A company allows the values and interests of the parent company to guide strategic decisions. Polycentric Predispositions----- Firms make strategic decisions tailored to suit the cultures of the countries where the MNC operates.

Regiocentric Predispositions----- Geocentric Predispositions------- It leads a firm to try to blend its own interests with those of its subsidiaries on a regional basis. Geocentric Predispositions------- A company tries to integrate a global systems approach to decision making.
