Religious Text The Bible is the major text and is both a religious and historic book The Bible is written in two parts: the Old Testament & New Testament Old Testament is before the birth of Jesus, includes Noah, Abraham, Moses, etc. The old testament is known as the Torah or the Tanakh and is what Jews follow.
