Product Skullcandy Hesh 2 Wireless Headphones

Background Skull candy was founded by Rick Alden in 2003 Background Skull candy was founded by Rick Alden in 2003. His idea started when he had to take out his earbuds to answer a call, and he wondered if it was possible to have headphones that automatically switched from music to a call. He created the first product, the Skullcandy Portable Link. The Link System was used to combine headphones with technology, but hands-free, this way people could listen to music on a portable device while making calls. He sold these first products to Milo Snow & Skate in Utah. Skullcandy was named “the world’s coolest ear bud” in December of 2008. In 2009, the rankings hit the $100 million mark. Then, Skullcandy purchased headphones in April of 2011, to share information for their next generation of headsets. Skullcandy collaborated with Metallica- a rock band- to release two new limited edition themed Headphones, one of those was Hesh. Skullcandy now has many kinds of wireless headphones, and Hesh has been a greatest product sold.

Impact on the Environment and Goal The future is here with these headphones! Tired of wires getting tangled up all the time? I know we are. Now with these headphones, you won’t have to worry about that. You won’t have to even plug in your headphones, as they are wireless. “No more wires!” These headphones will supply the costumer with great value and quality, as far as using them for various activities. People around the world will get the same result as one person using them, while the lifespan of these headphones is decent.

The prices will range from $20-$35, much cheaper than the competition, so you can get them for the best deal. Our competition is with Best Buy, Amazon, Target, and Kohl’s. Their prices for these wonderful headphones is $99.99, the normal price.

Budget To advertise our product, we will advertise digitally with commercials and videos on iSpot.tv. Our advertisement will go on for 30 seconds. Television stations typically charge from $200 to $1,500 to create 30-second commercials. We spend Ad for our product

Marketplaces We sell the Skullcandy Hesh 2 Wireless headphones at your local Walmart. Our company wants to make sure that the costumer has the best of the best, whatever it may be.

Competition Our competition is with Target, Amazon, Best Buy, and Kohl’s. Why are we competing with them you ask? Well, they believe to sell these headphones for their original, high prices. Our company wants to make sure you can get what you want or need for the best deal.

Our Timeline We will be selling these wonderful gifts year-round, starting from January 1st. They will be sold worldwide for everyone to try them out.

Target Group Our target group is to no one in particular, we want everyone to have these headphones.
