Be creative and have fun! Your Turn: You are going to create a cave-like painting of your own. You will place your hand on the paper and color around the outside of it, leaving a negative handprint. Create a few symbols that represent who you are today. For example, if you play soccer, you may draw a simple stick figure kicking a ball. Or, you may draw a simple representation of a computer or cell phone because those are important objects in your life. Be creative and have fun! Make sure your name, date, period, and a short description of what your symbols mean is written on the back of your picture.
