Daily Warm-Up Instructions Look to the board for the day’s warm-up information & begin prepping as necessary This could be … a journal-based warm-up, vocabulary instruction/review, grammar instruction/review, or a Voice Lesson Complete the warm-up as instructed at the start of class (sometimes you will be given a handout, other times it will be on your own paper) Keep Warm-Ups organized by date within each unit

Daily Notes Instructions Keep notes organized by unit & date in your notebook. Sometimes you will write notes on your own paper, other times you will be given a handout/graphic organizer or you will write in your book (WHAT?!) Daily class notes are crucial to your success in this class: STAY ORGANIZED!

Warm-Up: Journal Topic: Who are you? Where are you from? Why are you here? What makes you, you? You have 5 minutes to write on this Topic and you must write the entire time.
