The physiology of dreams Why do we see the dreams? The physiology of dreams

30% of life a person sleeps and the other 70%  he wants to have a good sleep…

if you were not a student you can’t understand it…

What is a dream? A dream is a hotel for tired minds in which you can have every real and unreal service. A dream is a great series of your subconsciousness. A dream is a today’s answer to your tomorrow’s questions.

The functions of a dream A relaxation for your body Revision and keeping of information Recovery of the immunity and rejuvenation

Some interesting facts… Most of your dreams are 5-20 minutes long People see coloured dreams On the average a person sees dreams about 6 years during his life When a person snores he doesn’t see dreams In our dreams we see faces which we have already seen

Dreams are made not to remember them…otherwise they would be in a written form. In 5 minutes we forget 50 % of a dream, and in 15 minutes we remember only 10 %.

How to remember a dream? Give a command to yourself to remember a dream before going to sleep. Set the alarm clock to wake up every one and a half hour. Take a pencil and a piece of paper next to your bed. Wake up slowly to save the mood of your last dream.

The little nothings of life which lead to hyposomnia: Anxiety, the flow of thoughts An uncomfortable bed or pillow Overeating and caffeine before sleeping Closeness in the room Annoying noise, smell or light

Tips for falling asleep Warm milk A book Write your thoughts on paper Warm bathroom Counting to yourself “One-two-three” Avoid serious conversations

Even in a dream we see not what we want but what is showed to us…

Bright dreams. Control your dream. Bright dreams are dreams in which we sleep and realize it and also we can control what happens in these dreams The better the dream the more we want to wake up in it

What do our dreams mean? To be naked Falling Pursuit An exam Flight Lose your tooth

Prophetic dreams If dreams came true we would be happier…

Thanks for attention!!!
