Cobras By Markus

What is its prey or predator? Prey: Other snakes and rodents Predators: Vultures, eagles, humans, and the mongoose

How does it feed? It attacks its prey (biting it) and swallows it whole while the snakes venom begins the digestion process.

How does it survive in its environment? The king cobra has adapted its environment to provide much needed shade in the hot sun. It has also adapted its neurotoxins to affect its prey The King cobra also uses its hood to frighten off predators :) :3 also it uses venom to defend itself:)

What is its life span? The average lifespan of a King Cobra in the wild is 20 years.

What is its life cycle? The King Cobra reaches maturity at two to four years of age, and those that survive to old age live for about 20 to 30 years. However, most succumb to predation or disease long before they reach the end of their natural life span.

How is its habitat like? The King Cobra is found and Malaysia, India, Africa, China

Where it comes form? King cobras live mainly in the rain forests and plains of India, southern China, and Southeast Asia, and their can vary greatly from region to region. They are comfortable in the trees, on land, and in water, feeding mainly on other snakes, venomous.

Is it endanger? The main reason is because the habitat of the King Cobra is being destroyed for products, and the King Cobra is running out of places to live. We get rid of an African Rainforest's worth of trees each year, so the King Cobra is in trouble.
