State of Problem and Purpose Uterine fibroid removal is a major treatment option, and surgery planning is important and guided by MR images. The objective of this study is to develop a advanced 3D visualization and patient-specific 3D printing for MR-guided surgery planning and simulation for uterine fibroids removal. Research Flow Chart Conclusion Patient-specific 3D printing is likely the best way for supporting the surgery planning of uterine fibroid removal in the future. However, the high product cost of 3D printing prevents it from routine practice, and 3D image visualization is still the practical method to support the uterine surgery planning now. 3D Visualization 3D Surface Rendering Segmentation Process Uterine MR Images Printed 3D Model Convert STL File Uterus Body Mold Endometrium & Fibroid Model Analysis
