Students will solve two step equations (12-4). Objective: Students will solve two step equations (12-4).

Vocabulary: None

Steps: Read all directions/copy problem. Get both the # and variable by itself by doing the opposite to both sides. Solve, use rules for adding and subtracting. This is your 1st step. After completing the step above, you will be left with a multiplication or division equation. Solve using your rules for multiplying and dividing. This is your 2nd and last step. Write final answer.

Note: If it is a subtracting equation, you must change it to an addition equation first. Then follow your steps.
