2 years 4 Joint Meetings Lasting Outcomes From Preparation Phase/ Joint Work led by Universities, informed by schools/ Dissem & Eval phases 2/ Vassilis B—Work plan

5/ General info about the project --6 modules – in all 3 languages/ 5 day training course for schools/ Additional activities (schools/ gyms/ Unis) e.g. Etwinning/ Catering/ Gym shadowing/ etc etc etc… Plans 4 Eval/ Dissem/ Com Journal Articles & conferences Uni events 4 other schools Publicity

Stronger awareness that Health & Happiness is a whole school responsibility Not just for PE teachers… Sharing of that with Trainee Teachers/ other Unis and Schools…

6/ Tasks/ Responsibilities/ Deadlines— Application Form/ Work plan ….our bible Yr 1 Progress Report (inc monitoring visit) Keep Modules on track. E.g. all plans agreed Meeting 1/ Schools activities inserted by? Written by? Translated by? Publicized by?

Strong teams… differences… lead to strong projects Late start... Now will flourish. Where will you take it?
