The Social Studies TEST is Tuesday, November 22nd ! A Peek at This Week in… Ms. Bonick’s 4th Grade Fri., Nov. 18 Reminders Math Gravy Bowl is Tuesday afternoon! Students worked really hard on multiplying 2-digit by 2-digit numbers using the distributive property, partial products, and finally, they learned the old-fashioned way! Some are still working on the “newness” of the old-fashioned method. Encourage them to practice at home! Reading The Social Studies TEST is Tuesday, November 22nd ! This week, students brainstormed the difference between fiction and non-fiction text. They also practiced looking for character traits of characters in their fiction books. Writing Realistic Fiction stories are continuing to come to an end. Students will finish up their stories, revise, and publish after break! Upcoming Events This coming Monday is the 4th Grade Prayer Service! You are invited to join us in the church at 2:30pm. Social Studies Students learned about our Constitutional rights as U.S. citizens and the responsibilities of Americans. They began their review and will finish on Monday!
