The use of wiretapping has been a proven tool to monitor terrorist activities and to bring more protection to our citizens.

Internet, E-mail are one considerable tools to make use of when the need for communication is great, but voice communication over the phone ranks itself the highest amongst the highly used tools for communication. Constitutional Rights The reason why America has become the most powerful and successful nation on Earth is our constitution. According to the US constitution people are entitled to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and most importantly a way of life without any government interference. When the government monitors the citizens calls their privacy is violated, and their personal information get exposed to unknown people without their consent. Is not spying on our citizens a governmental interference in the lives of the citizens??? Taking our citizen’s constitutional rights can be considered a victory for the evil doers who try to harm our freedom and way of living without interference. Spying on our citizens is a victory for the terrorists as they strive to take our freedom and our way of life with no interference.
