BELIEFS CAN INFLUENCE ATTITUDE Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. What’s the connection?

Attitude is YOUR responsibility If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don’t. If you’d like to win but think you can’t, It’s almost certain you won’t. Life’s battles don’t always go To the stronger or faster man, But sooner or later, the man who wins Is the man who thinks he can.

Misery Is An Option The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The leader adjusts the sails.

Forget The Wrong Choose a right attitude even in wrong situations. Don’t hold grudges against anyone. Any bad incident calls for an attitude decision – a response.

REFLECTION Explain a situation in which your attitude became a wall for your success in that situation. What were your feelings during that time? What was your behavior at that time? How could you have behaved differently? How has that past situation affected you in moving forward in like situations? Explain the process you have utilized to grow from that experience.
