How do you identify functions when more than one is present? Identify My Piecewise Function Summary: Students will examine the path of a sprite in motion within a Scratch program and then using a Scratch Excel Grid will identify key points, domain, range, and a piecewise function. After successful identification of the example piecewise function, students will design one of their own and exchange with another group to discover their piecewise function. How do you identify functions when more than one is present? How might the use of domain and range help us to graph a complex pattern of events?
