Survey through Dublin City Libraries Ran for two weeks Online with print option Available through English or Irish 1300 responses received

Remit from Survey 92% of respondents had looked for health information online 90% had looked up their symptoms 60% found it “easy” to find health information Taken together, these findings represent both an opportunity and a potential health threat

Activity Analysis of survey results: identify themes, compile report and organise Focus Groups Agree content for host website: to be approved by NALA (National Adult Literacy Agency) and health professionals Informed by survey results, create storyboards for online training modules for public and staff Promote awareness of HEAL amongst clinicians, public and colleagues.
