Restaurant Theme Our main restaurant theme is golf. We are also a restaurant and a bar put into one. We also have an 18- hole golf course that is open to anyone who wants to golf. It has a fun and relaxed atmosphere, so everyone can have enjoy it. It is a nonsmoking restaurant that is child friendly.

Menu We are passing out the menu for the judges to see.

Employee Salary Waiters and waitresses earn $15 per hour. Host and hostesses earn $15 per hour. Bartenders earn $15 per hour. The head chef would earn $30 per hour. Other chefs make $20 per hour. Bus boys make $10 per hour.

Employee Guidelines Employees must be over 18 years of age. Employees must wash their hands with soap and water after entering the restaurant, using the bathroom, handling money and after serving customers. Employees may only rest during their designated times, which may be set by conversing with the CEO. Employees must wear the uniform that has been provided for them.

Employee Uniforms Our uniform for waitress’s, waiters, hostess’s, and hosts are golf polos. They are $12. Chefs wear black pants and white t-shirts that altogether are worth $22. Employees can wear any dress shoes as long as they are comfortable.

Earnings We expect about 90 customers to come each day, the price minus the cost of a meal is $22, so we will make $1,980 each day, and about $59,400 each month. It will be $712800.00 every year. We will be able to pay you back after a year.

Earnings Minus Expenses Our earnings total $37,800 each month. Our expenses total $33,129.75 each month. Our earnings minus our expenses is $4,670.25. Our earnings cover our expenses.

Community Activities Every month we are going to sponsor a golf tournament for free. The Top 5 Winners get gift cards. #1 Winner-gets a $200 gift card to use at our restaurant and a trophy. #2-5 Winners-get a $100 gift card use at our restaurant. We have a kids eat free day every month, so check our website.
