Presentation transcript:

Alma Snow was lightly drifting and roughly swaying on a dull and somewhat abandoned town. A young energetic girl called Alma was happily hopping and cheerfully running down a deserted lane. Walking past a frosty shop, opposite to it was a chalkboard. “ Why is this chalkboard here?” she mysteriously wondered. “Perhaps I’ll write my name on it.” Alma considered with wonder. On the ledge beneath the chalkboard there was a white piece of chalk. Grabbing the chalk, she started to write in between two names. Scccccrrrrreeeeeeeeecccccccccccchhhh!!! It went as she wrote her name cursively. Backing away, Alma pulled down her scarf and admired it. Abruptly, a doll identical to Alma emerged behind the frosty shop window. Glimpsing over her shoulder, she spotted the doll at the window and approached it with care. Gazing through the window, she wiped the frost off it. Seconds later, Alma spotted that the doll was identical to her from hair to feet. Was this an illusion??? Feeling as anxious and curious as someone who’d found a leprechaun, she made her way to the door. As she attempted to open the rickety door, she just couldn’t. Maybe it was stuck!!! Growing with anger faster than the Grinch at Christmas, Alma crossed her arms and stomped in the snow. Picking up a lump of snow, she threw a snowball at the door and slumped off. Running her hand against the wall, the door abruptly and mysteriously opened. Creeeeeeeeeeeeecccckkkkkkkkk! It went as Alma whirled around. Approaching the door, she peered in. Inside the shop were shelves and shelves of dolls. Still standing at the door, she spotted her look a like. Trotting a bit closer to the doll, her foot hit something. Immediately looking down, she saw a doll clad in old fashioned clothes on a tricycle. Putting him on his right side, he tried to get out of the shop. Thump! Thump! Thump! It went as the doll banged against the door. Glancing behind her, her doll was gone. After a few seconds, she spotted her doll on one of the many shelves. Going around the table ,she bit off one of her gloves. Immediately climbing up on the shelf, she reached out her hand and touched the doll. Looking around, she noticed that she was now on the shelf and her soul was within the doll. Was this doll Alma? Abruptly, another doll came out of the table... Adam
