DESCRIPTIONS GrainPro SuperGrainbag Premium RT™ is an Ultra Hermetic™ (gastight), penetration-resistant storage solution for a vast range of dry agricultural commodities. Used as an inner liner for jute bags and regular sacks, each bag is made from Ultra Hermetic materials with excellent water and gas barrier properties to prevent moisture and oxygen ingress. This allows insects and microorganisms to consume up available oxygen until it is depleted and the organisms die. The SGB Premium RT can carry 50 – 70 kilograms of food grains. It is sealed using a pair of cable-ties included with the bag. For sealing multiple units, a Cable-Tie Gun is recommended and sold separately. It ensures perfect and convenient tying, while eliminating potential protrusions that could puncture the bag. Heat welding is also an option.

1 2 3 PROCEDURES POSITIONING OF LINER: Fold SGB Premium RT lengthwise and insert to the outer bag. 2 Unfold SGB Premium RT and fold extra plastic to prevent damage. 3 LOADING OF COMMODITY: Pour dry commodities. Leave 40cm of plastic for proper sealing.

4 SEALING: Unroll and remove air by pressing down on the commodities. OPTIONAL: Add oxygen absorber to immediately lower the oxygen level. 5 Twist tightly the extra plastic. 6 Tightly fasten the twisted plastic with cable tie or rope above the commodities.

7 Fold the twisted plastic and lock with another cable tie or rope. Optional: a cable tie gun can be used. 8 Close the outer bag by tying or sewing. 9 Stick the 'No Hooks' sticker label on the outer bag (For SGB-Bag-1.0 only).

10 SAFEKEEPING: After use, clean, dry and fold undamaged SGB Premium RT for future use. 11 NO NEED TO USE FUMIGANTS: Uses alternative storage technique that gives protection to the commodity without the use of synthetic pesticides.
