DESCRIPTIONS SGB Plus provides a complete package with outer bag and inner hermetic liner. The liner is made from the same multi-layered plastic as GrainPro’s SuperGrainbag and it has excellent water and gas barrier properties, 500 times more airtight than regular Polyethylene liners. Cable ties (included) or heat welding can be used to seal the inner liner. The outer bag is made of woven Polypropylene and is sewn shut.

1 2 3 PROCEDURES POSITIONING OF LINER: Fold SGB Plus lengthwise and insert to the outer bag. 2 Unfold SGB Plus and fold extra plastic to prevent damage. 3 LOADING OF COMMODITY: Pour dry commodities. Leave 40cm of plastic for proper sealing.

4 5 6 SEALING (USING CABLE TIES): Unroll and remove air by pressing down on the commodities. OPTIONAL: Add oxygen absorber to immediately lower the oxygen level. 5 Twist tightly the extra plastic. 6 Tightly fasten the twisted plastic with cable tie or rope above the commodities.

7 Fold the twisted plastic and lock with another cable tie or rope. OPTIONAL: a cable tie gun can be used. 8 SEALING (USING HEAT WELDING): The SGB Plus maybe seal with heat welding. 9 Fold excess plastic inside to prevent damage when sewing the outer sack.

7 Close the outer bag by tying or sewing. Stick the 'No Hooks' sticker on the outer bag. 8 SAFEKEEPING: After use, clean, dry and fold undamaged SGB Plus for future use. 9 NO NEED TO USE FUMIGANTS: Uses alternative storage technique that gives protection to the commodity without the use of synthetic pesticides.
