Todays Adult Training Requirements Relevant Must be an “Experience” not an “Event” Distributed over space and time Focused on performance Segue from Novice to Practitioner to Expert Smart device incorporated, not considered an afterthought

Plans for First IG Supervisor Session Four, 4 hour sessions Sessions designed for the Insulating Glass Novice, Practitioner and Expert Attendees can select which sessions to attend based on industry experience Presented at Fenestration Test Facility Scheduled to allow travel in morning and afternoon to minimize time away.

Learning Buckets 45 to 50 minute buckets of knowledge 10 to 15 minutes of review or quiz Four buckets per session Sessions are based on level of expertise Attendees select & pay by session Buckets recorded for later delivery on line or on demand via smart devices Additional buckets added as developed

Requirements Relevant – Designed specifically for the IG fabricator Must be an “Experience” not an “Event”- All sessions will include laboratory and hands on experiences Distributed over space and time – Buckets are targeted and concise, delivered on demand Focused on performance – Buckets designed to improve or confirm manufacturing processes Segue from Novice to Practitioner to Expert – Buckets are designed for different levels of experience Smart device incorporated, not considered an afterthought – Plan to make available on demand via smart devices
