  Pupil Code of Conduct New York 2017 Your health, safety and welfare on this trip are of paramount importance and as such you are required to comply with the following code of conduct. YOU MUST…… Not take unnecessary risks Follow instructions of the teachers and other supervisors Dress and behave sensibly at all times Show courtesy at all time, particularly when dealing with members of the public and in the hostel Look out for anything which might hurt or threaten you or anyone in the group and tell the group leader immediately Be punctual at all times, including bedtime Obey all safety instructions when travelling on the aeroplane, public transport and in the hotels. Carry identity cards and hotel information with you at all times Behave in a mature responsible manner at all times Not go anywhere on your own or wander off, you are required to always be in group of four or more people. Members of a group are responsible for each other at all times.  NO PUPIL SHOULD EVER BE ON THEIR OWN Not leave the Hotel without notifying a member of staff Not ‘Jay walk’ You must only cross roads at proper crossings Not consume, purchase or otherwise acquire alcohol, drugs or cigarettes Not bring with you, any alcohol, pen/flick knives or anything that could be deemed a weapon Not bring unnecessary valuables Not leave bags unattended Not go near or enter the pool area unless at designated times If there is any significant violation of the rules, the Head Teacher and staff reserve the right to consider sending the pupil home, at the parents’ expense. PAYMENT PLAN Payments must be made on dates stated Payments can only be taken on a Monday and Tuesday before registration Receipts and payment cards must be kept in a safe place and handed in on final payment If a payment is missed the it is expected that double will be made the following month You will be notified if there will be any change to dates Please ensure you are up to date with payments
