Feeding different foods Bird favorites are seeds, leafy greens, fruits, and cheese. All birds need fresh water daily. Different birds need different foods to stay healthy.

Your bird needs to feel safe at home Birds like being ticked under the chin. Small birds can peck your face. Large birds may never be should riders.

Birds have feathers Birds are animals with feathers. Birds are the only that have feathers. There are about 9,700 kinds of birds.

Where birds live Birds live on every continent. Most birds live in tropical places. Artic terns migrate the farthest.
