Completely restored, with a circular form, it consists of a dungeon in the center, and an inside patio that makes this amazing property so unique. Dating back as far as the 12th century, occupied by a family in the 100 years war and then given back to its original owner “Gourdon” who conserved it until the twentieth century. A lane winds its way through the forest and gates and on to the side of the castle. Paths go around the gardens where there is a pond, a garden shed, double garage and many sitting areas enabling one to enjoy the view over the river and the beautiful town of Cahors. To one side are several terraces, one with a barbecue and the swimming pool. Several doors lead into the castle. The ground floor consists of: entrance hall, sitting room with a beautiful open fire place, main bedroom with en suite and dressing room. Dining room and kitchen.
