Courage and Resilience We will all face a number of challenges this school year. Will you be prepared to keep going even when things look difficult or push you outside of your comfort zone? Will you be prepared to sacrifice your own comfort or progression to help your friends and peers if they need it?

To think about…or pray ‘Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us’ (Hebrews ) We each have different challenges in our lives. Some of these have happened, and some have yet to come. This verse suggests that we need to face these challenges with courage and resilience. For Christians, a faith in God can help them face challenges, for others it is the love of family and friends, and for others the support they find at school or in the community. How are you going to face the challenges this year brings?
