CLUB CULTURE 1. Creating Community Coaches, Players, Families connecting in the club 2. Creating a Respect for the game through all involved Everyone involved is using the game as a tool to teach healthy living, encouragement, team work 3. Creating a Grow Culture Coaches interacting, players asking questions, video and opportunities to learn on-line 4. Creating Best Practice approaches Communication, Delivery, Professionalism,

U6 and u7 Program Partnership with BC Soccer on Coach Development Mandate BC soccer –Year 3 ahead. We are 1 of 2 clubs progressing this program to BC Soccer to help progress soccer development in the province and country First of it’s kind in support of coach development in a structured aligned program. It is not being offered anywhere else! We look forward to working with you this year and progress through this journey together!

U6 and U7 Program On Field Delivery Focus Two teams work together and mix teams for 3 weeks. In week 4 the teams play each other in side by side matches Station Approach Ball Literacy Physical Literacy Activity and / or Game Small sided Game Working together in concert more smoothly not only helps us move more quickly; it changes the nature of what we can undertake. When we have the confidence that we can orchestrate the group effort required to realize them, we dare bigger dreams. Justin Rosenstein

Head Coach U6/7– Gene Gallant Weekly session will be sent out by Gene to club coaches for support. NSGSC Staff coaches will be able to help support during sessions with you on Sundays

Development Manager Support Oversees a specific age group Trains / Mentors volunteer coaches and staff on club philosophy and curriculum Attend games Be connection to coaches / managers on technical questions Help with creation of a player based development plan

U6 and U7 Program Rotation with Stations Each Station is 9 minutes with 2 minute transition 12 yds 12 yds Potential Player #s at stations Exit Ball Literacy Physical Literacy 8 players + 1-2 coaches 8 players + 1-2 coaches Players rotate and coaches will stay at their station.
