Bina Nusantara

Definition… Presentation your idea, knowledge etc to the audiences , and make their interest with you by using presentation tools Bina Nusantara

What should I do to make a good presentation ? Preparing Material / Concept Make a Presentation slides by using presentation software Prepare for a good Communication Skill Do the presentation Seminar Bina Nusantara

Body language Head An upright relaxed posture keeps your head steady and encourages eye contact with your audience. This encourages your audience to feel as if you are talking directly with each of them when you establish eye contact. Facial expression Keep an expressive, relaxed and pleasant face. This will create bonds with your audience. Bina Nusantara

Body language Hands Best to allow your hands to fall loosely at the sides of your body. If you need one hand to hold notes, it can be relaxed and hold the notes just above the waistline. Feet a good basic position is to: Place one foot slightly in front of the other, the heel of the front foot near the instep of the other. Have the toes pointing outwards at a slight angle. Now move the feet apart until you are evenly balanced and you feel anchored to the floor. Do not lock your knees. Bina Nusantara

Body language Gesture Be sparing with gestures and note the following points: Arms and hands should move in a flowing and relaxed manner Time the gestures consistent with the ideas being expressed Support your hand gestures with head and body movement Don’t be artificially repetitive with gestures Bina Nusantara

Working with audience Converse  Have a conversation with your audience. They may not actually say anything, but make them feel consulted, questioned, challenged, argued with; then they will stay awake and attentive. Bina Nusantara

Working with audience Interact  Engage with your present audience, not the one you have prepared for. Look for reactions to your ideas and respond to their signals. If the light bulbs are not going on find another way to say it. Bina Nusantara

Working with audience Show conviction  Give an expressive presentation and an enthusiastic presentation and your audience will respond, which is what you want. Use your excitement, pace yourself to give an exciting presentation, use something you know you feel strongly about to build up to an important point or as a springboard to another idea. Bina Nusantara
