RESULTS OF COOPERATION In 2014. DEU approved project IPA 2011 – 140.000 EUR Establishing of holistic mechanism for prevention of institutionalization - Service of Homecare assistance for people with M&I disabilities – 25 beneficiaries 3. Establishing of mechanism for implemention of de-institutionalization - Service of living with support for people with M&I disabilities – 4 beneficiaries in 80 m2 house

RESULTS OF COOPERATION 4. 50 professional and service stuff trained in 5 Municipalities - Vlasotince, Crna Trava, Babušnica, Dimitrovgrad and Gadžin Han – population of 60.000 5. 2 persons deinstitutionalized from mental health institution 6. 2 persons prevented from institutionalization 7. 25 urgent PMID received service of Homecare assistance 8. CSO „SMILE“, Ministry of labor and Municipality of Vlasotince provided sustainability of services 9. Licensing of the service - Living with support – small grant
