MOOSE JAW HISTORY By: Blake Manship

Introduction The Canadian Pacific Railway was built in 1881.By the Canadian Pacific Railway company, which was lead by Sir Hugh Allan (who turned out to be a real crook). The Canadian Pacific railroad was finished on November 7th 1885 at 9:25 am The old cp station in moose jaw was built between 1920 and 1922.

MAPS This is were I think Moose jaw would be right here in the center. The red is where there is track. This is were I think Moose jaw would be right in the center.

TRAINS This train comes through Moose Jaw every year.

IMPORTANT WORKERS This is sir John A Macdonald the one who got the idea for the railway.

THE STATION HERE IN MOOSE JAW They look a lot different. The one before has it looks like two sets of tracks the one now has like ten sets of tracks and the people work inside now and not outside as there is no people standing outside in the one now and people working outside before. The station now has a clock tower the one before does not. The one before probably had not that many workers the one now has lots of workers and is way bigger than the one before. The one now has the tracks behind it and the one before has the tracks in front of it. The one now looks a lot better to me. The one before has people waiting for a ride the one now people can not get a ride. This is the station before. This is the station now.

MORE INFO This is a mural of the railway. In moose jaw. This is a mural of the railway. That is in moose jaw. This is the cp rail logo.

THE CHANGES IN MOOSE JAW Good way. Cp rail has changed Moose Jaw by making it a city in a way and we used to have more space in Moose Jaw but the railway has used space and that's how it has changed moose jaw. Bad way. Bad way.
